Taekwondo for Teens and Adults - Teens and adults learn techniques to improve speed, flexibility, power and balance. These all contribute to
improving self-defense. The Martial Arts promote physical fitness and are a fun alternative and/or supplement to gyms and
health clubs. The ATA recognizes that all students possess different physical abilities. Instructors are trained to help students
get the most that they can from their training.
